  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders (recommended)
  • A small shipping fee may apply on COD orders (if applicable)

💥 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders/locations
  • COD orders may require confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/email
  • Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled

👉 Note: Repeated failed COD orders may result in COD restriction for future purchases

  • You can track your order in real-time

⏳ Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or unforeseen issues
  • Courier service delays

DRAKONIS is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • The order may be cancelled without a refund of shipping fees

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide photos (if applicable) for quick resolution
      We’ll assist you with a replacement or solution
